Why choose Burgess Excel Junior & Dwarf Nuggets with Mint?

Our high-quality recipe has been formulated with vets and nutritionists. This ensures they contain the right balance of vitamins and minerals to supplement your rabbits’ diet to help keep them happy and healthy.

✔️ Skin & coat

Formulated to support healthy skin and a glossy coat

✔️ Immune system

With antioxidants such as vitamin E to support a healthy immune system

✔️ Digestive health

Prebiotics and beneficial fibre to help maintain healthy digestion

✔️Added mint

For extra tasty nuggets

✔️ Extra protein

Extra protein to support growth and development

✔️Don’t forget the hay for dental health

As well as providing essential fibre, feeding hay and fresh grass have an important role in helping wear down your rabbits’ continually growing teeth

Your rabbit should have good quality feeding hay and/or fresh grass available at all times, as this should make up the majority of their diet. They should also have a constant supply of fresh water. To add some variety to their diet, include a portion of Excel junior rabbit nuggets, an Excel Nature Snack and some leafy greens too.

A muesli based diet may cause digestive issues for rabbits. Instead, we recommend a hay and nugget-based diet. You can transfer your rabbit’s diet over 14 to 28 days by slowly replacing the muesli with nuggets, which will prevent selective feeding. Make sure to monitor your rabbit’s weight too.

If you would like any more information regarding the above, please contact your vet for advice.

Follow the 5 step Excel Feeding Plan for healthy, happy rabbits.
